Walsh Jr was a senior principal at Morgan Stanley.
Fred is an MBA from Harvard with 30+ years of experience
in the Global Financial Markets. Fred headed the
world wide custody business of Morgan Stanley, before
starting CSLTECH. Fred is the co-founder of CSLTECH,
provides strategy and direction to the company.

Mitra
Priya is a B.Tech from BITS Pilani and Postgraduate
from the IIT, Bombay and a Certified Quality Assurer.
Mitra has a rich experience of over 13 years in
the Software Industry. Mitra has handled several
large scale projects for clients in Europe, USA
and India. She held Middle and Senior Management
positions at TCS, Citicorp Overseas Software and
MBT. Her experience includes execution of a Large
and Middle scale applications Development, Deployment
and Production Support in areas such as e–Business,
Mainframe Systems as well as Client Server based
solutions in Verticals such as Manufacturing, Banking
and Securities. Mitra was instrumental in steering
COSL to attain SEI-CMM level 5 in October 1999.
Mitra was heading the e-Business initiatives of
MBT for IBM platforms before joining CSLTECH as
its Technical Director.

successful enterprises in the past 15 years. He
spearheads the expansion of CSLTECH in Europe and
Australia. Ramesh brings his Business acumen skills,
heads the Business Development activities in India.Ramesh
is well known for his People Management Skills and
Business Acumen.
